Our liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding process produces custom prototypes and end-use production parts We use aluminum molds that offer cost-efficient tooling and accelerated manufacturing cycles, and stock various grades and durometers of LSR materials.
Rubber compression molding
We provide custom rubber molding services using silicone, NR & synthetic rubber(SBR/NBR/EPDM/CR). Delivering ISO2768-M precision parts for automotive, medical & industrial applications. Prototypes in 10 days, production tooling in 30 days.
Plastic injection molding
